This Victorian-era manor sits on 12 acres with 4.5 acres of established gardens and mature trees. The house has stunning period features including ornate 14' ceilings, stained glass windows, skylights, 8 fireplaces, intricate woodwork throughout, hardwood floors, and unique architectural designs. Guests have access to common areas including the Grand Hall, Parlor, Dining Room,Kitchen, Event Room and Pool (currently closed), Deck, and spacious wrap-around verandas with rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful West and East garden. 

   We are located 40 miles south of Atlanta International Airport just 2.3 miles off I-85, near Roosevelt's Little White House and Callaway Gardens. Our location and a large area for onsite parking make the Hogan House a perfect setting for events. On-site parking is included at no additional charge for your guest and colleagues.   We are nestled in a small southern town. Take a stroll down the main street and enjoy antique stores, unique shops, and dining opportunities. We are also in the heart of the booming Georgia Film industry, with an array of films having been shot near us and right here at Hogan House.

 

   We welcome our guests to our home with its calming, refreshing, and comfortable atmosphere. Your day starts with a homemade breakfast to get you ready for the day. You can relax on the deck, take a stroll in the gardens, read a book, ride a bike, play a game or just enjoy a day by the garden.
